Third-Party Sharing List
This list expands section 4 of our Privacy Policy: which third-party services Wahelp integrates, what each of them receives, and why. Wahelp integrates no advertising, analytics or behavioural-tracking SDK, and no payment provider.

1Third-party services we integrate
This is the complete list. Rows 5 to 8 are sign-in providers: they are involved only if you choose to sign in with them, and not at all otherwise.

The push SDK is not initialised before you accept the Privacy Policy, so it obtains no device information until then.
2Transfer of personal data outside your country
Our servers, database and file storage are all located in Tokyo, Japan. If you use Wahelp from outside Japan, your personal data is transferred to Japan and stored and processed there. The recipient is:
- Recipient: the operator of Wahelp (infrastructure hosted in the Alibaba Cloud Tokyo region).
- Contact: support@wamate.net
- Purpose and means: providing the service itself - matching tasks and quotes, delivering messages and notifications, reviewing verification documents, handling complaints.
- Categories of data: see the full table in section 1 of List of Personal Data Collected.
- Exercising your rights: access, correction, deletion and withdrawal of consent are all available in the app, or by writing to support@wamate.net. For account deletion see Delete your account and data.
Of the providers above, Google, Apple and LINE are involved only if you choose their sign-in.
3What we do not integrate
- Advertising SDKs: none. There are no ad slots in the app.
- Analytics, event-tracking or profiling SDKs: none.
- Payment providers: none. Wahelp does not handle money; the two users settle directly.
- Maps or location SDKs: none.
- AI model training: we do not give your data to anyone for training models.
4Changes to this list
When we add or replace a third-party service we update this list and the Privacy Policy, and change the date above. Questions: support@wamate.net.
